  1. Well, like Dr Phil says there is two sides to every pancake. Did the EHR fail or did the customer fail? The reasons most projects fail are very common and well understood. But anytime you get people new to big software implementations this happens. It happened with MRP, ERP and now EHR. People need to expect the worst but we are terribly naive and overly optimistic. This is the Fallacy of Planning.
